I partner with museums, cultural and civic institutions to develop visitor experiences and build spaces that engage and educate. I have led teams creating capital construction projects through all phases of planing and construction.

My story

As an Independent Museum Professional (IMP) and Design Project Manager, I have partnered with the Joslyn Museum or Art, Ennead Architects and the Florida Museum of Natural History.

Before establishing my independent practice, I spent fifteen years at Ralph Appelbaum Associates, where I led exhibition design teams and guided museum projects from concept through installation (staring as a Senior 3D Designer - Project Manager and growing into Design Director - Strategic Planning roles). Earlier in my career I worked with Imrey Culbert, THinc Design, and on architectural design projects in Vienna and NYC. These projects span cultural history, science, and community storytelling, often involving close collaboration with cultural advisors and stakeholders.

I’ve contributed to large scale museum projects across the United States, including the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, DC; the First Americans Museum in Oklahoma City; The American Museum of Natural History, NYC; the Natural History Museum of Utah; and the Smithsonian Arctic Studies Center.

I hold a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and bring an architectural perspective to exhibition work - considering how spatial design, interpretation, and visitor experience intersect. My experience teaching art and media production has informed my approach to collaborative work and designing spaces for visual learners.
